I am a doctor of medicine with degrees from Manhattan College and UTESA, and therefore well-suited to tutor in the areas of Math, Algebra, Anatomy, Biology, and Physiology. I have taught adult license and certificate classes for Certified Nursing Aides and Patient Care Technicians, and taught classes in Phlebotomy and EKG Monitoring as well.My experience also includes teaching middle and high school Science, Math, English as a Second Language, and Spanish. Given my background, I am uniquely positioned to work with students who are thinking of a career in the medical field. An added benefit is my ability to combine foundational knowledge with actual experience of how that knowledge is used by doctors and other health professionals. I believe in a straightforward approach to tutoring - one that involves establishing solid learning goals and then working towards them.In my free time, I trade stocks, watch and play various sports, travel, and enjoy the company of my family.
